Igia feels that they can keep my hard-earned money after I ordered their windstorm vaccum 10/17/05, received it and sent it back 11/12/05. I have called them and been hung up on when they heard my name, was told twice that the refund was in the mail, e-mailed them many times w/no response. I have been robbed. I need an Attorney to bring justice to the victims' like me of Igia.

I purchased an Igia windstorm vaccum over the Internet on 10/15/05 for $103.06. The amount was taken off my credit card on 10/17/05.

I received the windstorm vaccum and was very disappointed in it and sent it back in their 30 day money back guarantee period.

I have e-mailed the Igia company at least 20 times with no response. I have phoned them at their different numbers and was told by two different reps. that a check was in the mail for me.

When I have called lately, they hung up on me after I gave them my name and zipcode.

Now when I call, I get a recording of a man stating that they are sorry that they missed me, their Pacific Time Hours are 8AM-4PM.

They are never there. Another number that I try calling for them always has a female recording telling me that due to the high volume of calls that there will be a waiting period.

I have actually waited 2hrs and then I heard their phone disconnect. I am requesting an Attorney as I have been robbed,humiliated and lied to.

Please respond to my plea, don't let them get away with fraud and victimizing me and alot of other well-meaning, trusting people. Thank you.
