Complaint Review: Igia

I have read many of the complaints about IGIA and have a legitimate complaint myself. I had ordered the Windstorm Vacuum ( buy one get one free and a free steamer ) on December 3, 2005. The money was taken out of my checking account on January 9, 2006 at $ 313.70. Mostly S&H. I have emailed them at least a dozen or so times with only two responses that said thank you for your inquiry and someone from customer service will contact you within 24 hours..Right!..No one contacted me at all. I had called the number I had been given 1-800-709-2216 and was put on hold for 2 hours! twice!!!!! and was disconnected both times. and once for a half hour only to be disconnected then also. I am so angry about this. I have been given another number tonight ( finally ) to call 1-800-716-8667..Let's see tomorrow if I get someone. I can't believe people can do this to others!. This is our hard earned money they are STEALING!!!!!. I will get to the bottom of this. I have my attorney available if and when I don't get any cooperation from these people!.
