I saw the ad for the Air O Sage on TV which is suppose to massage your legs with air. The ad stated that if you ordered now, you would receive the thigh massagers for free, just add s&h. Well, the s&h charges were $8.95 for the Air O Sage and $4.95 for each thigh massager, for a total of $18.85. Then they asked if I wanted priority shipping which would be another $8.95. I said you are charging me almost $20 so the shipping should be priority anyway. So, since I wouldn't pay the additional $8.95, it took 5 weeks to receive the product.

I got only 1 box, which there should have been 3. Then when I opened the shipping box, to my amazement, the product box contained the 2 thigh massagers and the contents list stated that the box contained 2 leg massagers, 1 adapter, and 2 thigh massagers. How can they charge you s&h on something that is included in the product? The box only weighed about 4 lbs, and I know the shipping was no where near $18.95 to ship. I also know that they do charge a handling fee, but no handling fee is that high! The ad on TV was a total fraud, as the product is packaged to contain the whole system. I am surprised that they didn't also charge me s&h on the adapter.

Now I have a product that sucks, makes my legs sweat because it is all plastic, and takes about 5 minutes to inflate. Even when it does inflate, it does nothing close to giving a massage. If I return it, I will have to pay another shipping charge and fight for my refund of $39.95. I guess I will keep it, because I would rather have something, then pay $25 for nothing, which is about what the total of shipping would amount to.

My advice is, do not order anything for Igia. If you want to get something, go to one of those places that sells As Seen on TV products, usually at your flea markets, and save yourself the shipping charges.

I can't see that this company can get away with this much longer. I think they make all of their money on the s&h charges, and the cost of the product is a windfall for them. There needs to be a law, limiting companies on how much over the actual shipping that they can charge.

your complaint is irrelevant

I feel your complaint is irrelevant, On the informercial for this product it states the s/h charges are for each item. So when you placed this order you should of know what you s/h charges were going to be. Also about the thigh parts there are two different offers one offer is that you have to pay the s/h charges for it. Then there is a air-o-sage offer which it comes with the set.
