I ordered buy one, get one free Singer Laser Storm vacuum cleaners with a steam cleaner as a free gift for 3 payments of $39.95. On 10/6/05 I was charged with $333.90 on my bank account. I tried several times to contact 800 number noted on bank statement with various messages or no answer at all, and then a line disconnected message.

I reported to my bank as a possible fraudulent charge. On 10/31, another charge of $79.99 appeared on my bank account. I tried the 800 number again. It was in service again but busy. Finally got through to a recording that stated heavy calls and held the line for 30 minutes. I emailed their customer service as encouraged by the recording to customercare@singerlaser.com which turned out to be an undeliverable address.

With the initial incorrect bank charge I did not want to open the package when it arrived as it appeared to already be a problem. I found the "rip-off" information on this company on line and have decided to return the unopened package today.

I ordered singer laser storm on 9/23/05 and i was suprised i was charged for almost $330.00 with four vacuum cleaner sent. I callled the 1800 -service but it holds me for 5 hours and told me to send back the two items, which I explained I did not order. Almost a month now and still every month I was charged with $79.99.I called several times and also leave them a message but I got no respose. They said they didnt received the items but UPS claimed it was received the 3 days after delivery. NOw it made me scared for I used my debit account and I told my back about thsi matter. I need somebody,s assistance for I am tired of calling them. I spent many hours and money of calling them but tehy have poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cant imagine SINGER CO. can let this problem ruin there products. IM new to this TV ADs and now, I hate even to look at them.
