Complaint Review: Igia - singer Laser Storm

on august 31,2005, i ordered the buy one get one free laser storm vacuums from igia, which included the free steamer. six weeks later, i received four vacuums and no steamer, and my credit card was charged a total of 193.55. i have written and called to no avail, getting no response other than an e-mail telling me to call the 800 number which never answers. i don't know who to go to, and have concluded this is a big rip-off. now i am stuck with four vacuums and $193.55 less money, and wiser to the fact of these rip-off con games.
