Customer ordered buy one get one free vac @ 119.85. To take 6-8 wks

Debited checking account for $313.70.

Emailed to cancel order. E-mail response received and money replaced in account next day.

Week later, $313.70 debited from account again.

E-mailed, same response received. No further response as promised, no money returned to account.

Order received 10 days later containing 4 vacs!

E mailed company requesting permission to return vacs since they made an error and customer did not want any of the vacs now.

Each time a different 800 number is called, you dont get anyone. I finally got a lady who told me to return 2 of the vacs at the company's expense via Fed Ex and was advised that the 2 for 1 that was actually ordered, would have to be returned at the customer's expense.
Called Fed Ex for a pick up, and was given and was given a PDA # for pick up at the company's expense.

Mon, 10-3-05, Fed Ex agent refused the box because there was no bar coded label provided by the company.
Called the company, stayed on the phone on hold for 1 hour and was finally given a message to call the customer care number.

Customer intends to file charge with Indiana Attorney General's Office and is recouping his losses by selling the vacs at cost to recoup his money.
