I saw the ad on tv for the Singer Lazer Storm Vaccum: buy one vaccum get one free. Thinking this was a great deal, I called the 1-800 number and placed my order for one vaccum.

Next thing I know, I get my credit card statement in the mail. I had been charged 348.00 for this vaccum, which was advertised at just over 100.00.

A few weeks later, I found a few packages at my front door delivered by U.P.S. To my suprise, I found four vaccums instead of two.

On top of this, there was no invoice or paper statement... NO documentation was in any of the boxes. I have tried to call, as other people have, and only gotten the recordings. I have been unable to talk to any human being about this matter.

Now, the only thing I can do, is try contacting my credit card company to file a dispute about this matter.
