IGIA/SINGER VACCUM CLEANERS ripoff, false advertizing, overcharging, over shipping of vaccum clearners Los Angles California
Wrote a letter on the Sept. 14, 2005 and enclosed with shipment of one set of vaccum cleaner back to IGIA. To IGIA: Upon receiving my order, I was very disappointed in what your company did. I did not ordered two set of the lazer storm vaccuum cleaner. Per you T.V. infomercial the steamer was free. Why was I charged $20.00 for it? And why is your shipping/handling so dare expense? Which I call a rip-off! I am returning a set of the vaccuum clearner and please reimburse me for it and Plus the shipping and handling to send it back and the cost of sending the initial set of orders which I did not order. P.s. It would be so nice to speak to alive human being when you call to inquire about your order, instead of machine telling you which bottom to push for what. Are you company real?
