IGIA, Storm Vac ripoff don't be taken in Internet
The windstorm vac is a hoax. I ordered one in October of 2005. After countless calls to the "customer service" (or disservice as it should be called), I was put on hold for over an hour, cut off after long waits on hold, and finally, when reaching a person, not given any help. They lied about when I was receiving my order and after 6 months, said they would refund my money. That was supposed to happen April 17. Five weeks later, I still have no refund and the 800 number leaves you on hold for about 30 minutes, then cuts you off. IGIA is the main company, so I would suggest not buying anything from them. I did contact the better business bureau. They got nowhere and suggested going to small claims court. If anyone has gotten a refund, please post it! Thanks
