IGIA Stormvac Windstorm Removed $295.25 from our account. Order cancelled. Funds never returned New York New York
Ordered vacuums 11/14/05. $295.25 was removed from our bank account within 30 minutes after order. Order cancelled 11/17/05. November 25, 2005 through May 25, 2006 during bi-weekly telephone calls was assured that the refund was being processed.
Letters from Windstorm dated 1/20/06, 2/21/06, 4/25/06, 5/12/06, and 6/13/06 "Please be advised this should post shortly to your account."
Letter dated 7/20/06 requested a bank statement providing proof of purchase. This was sent FedEx and signed for 8/1/06.
E-mails 7/28/06 and 8/7/06 "Please be advised that a check will be mailed to you . . . I apologize for the delay in this matter."
Letter 8/25/06 "Upon reviewing the information in our database (for the buy 1 get 1 Windstorm Special) it was noted your order was cancelled, your refund will be issued shortly."
E-mails and letters have continued promising a refund, but it has never happened.
