IGIA Tactica Windstorm returned product at my expense asking for refund which they have never acknowledged ripoff Dallas Texas
On January 16,2006, I ordered a Wind Storm Vacuum on-line after seeing it advertised on tv. It looked like a product for me but after receiving it and using it a couple times I realized it was basically worthless and returned it as requested within the 30 day period. I sent all the papers needed and returned it at my expense via delivery confirmation. I have tried calling them several times about this matter.
One of the times I was on hold for 1hour 45minutes only to be disconnected by the company. I have sent numerous e-mails most of which were ignored. Some only said to call their 800 number which like I said were always unsuccessful.
To this date I still have had no communication from the company. Now I see on another infomercial that they are still selling the windstorm under another name and company but it's the same product.
How can a company as big as IGIA stay in busness and be selling their products through yahoo,e-bay,and numerous other shopping sites. People need to become aware of this ripoff.
