I seem to be in the same boat as many others. I ordered the Windstorm Vacuum, with the "buy one, get one" offer. I received four vacuums and was charged a double amount. I've also had outrageous problems reaching customer service. When I finally did, I foolishly allowed the representative, Alexis, to convince me that if I shipped back the two extra vacuums, I would receive my credit, plus I would be reimbursed for the shipping. So I shipped two vacuums back at a cost of $24.56. Needless to say, I've received no credit and that's been over a month ago.

I plan to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I googled IGIA and discovered they were ordered to pay a $300,000 fine to the FTC in April 2004 for poor customer practices. I would encourage all of you to do the same; just go to www.ftc.gov and click on "File a complaint."

How can people do this to other people? I am a 52-year-old widow who works full-time, trying to help my two daughters go to college. What is wrong with this world?
