Complaint Review: IGIA Windstorm

IGIA Windstorm I returned 2 vacuums on 12/21/2005, for a refund which I never received, they were signed for by a Ty Guard on 12/27/2005 at 10:48am accoirding to UPS. ripoff Commerce California

I ordered 1 vacuum and I received one free , I received them around the last of November 2005 and I returned them on 12/21/05. They were received at your company by Ty Guard and he signed for them on 12/27/05 at 10:48AM per UPS.

I called about a 100 times and all I get is a recording stating that a customer care representavive will be with me shortly. The recording plays over and over in between the music but I only talked to alve person a few times I spoke to a live person a few times , I spoke to Carol and she said I should have my refund by 1/09/2006 I spoke to her 12/29/2005.

I spoke to Carol ,Anna, Daisy, Elaine, Gloria , Lisa they all had the same story like they rehearsed what to tell the people when they called for they money,this is definetly a rip-off if I never see one again. My credit card was charged $112.82 on 11/07/05, it was charged again on 11/24/05 for $39.95 and on 12/1/05 for $39.95.

I think this is how this company was set up to rip people off that is stupid like me to believe everything they see on TV. You can bet I've learned my lesson this time. I'm going to take them to small claims court I don't have any other way to go to get my money back.. I called the courthouse to find out how long did I have to place a claim and they said 6 years. And since I'm not getting any satisfaction fron IGIA, I don't have any other recourse but to take them to court if I want my money back.
