IGIA Wont refund my money! ripped off and scammed New York York New York
I ordered a product from IGIA well they said they would send it to me . When I got it they subsituted another simular product with out telling me. When I called them they said it reads in the small print they can do that! So I returned the product ..and paid $7.00 to do so. I am still waiting on my refund and they are keeping my $10.00 s&h charge!
Needless to say 3 months later they havent sent me my $59.00 refund!
When I call I am told it will be here in 3 working days. I have been told that everytime. Once they even hung up on me!
I have a copy of the check I paid with and a postal return reciept..but still no refund.
