Igiaonline.comigiaonline.com Cyber Sales Group LLC ripoff Nicholasville Kentucky
I ordered an IGIA ElectroSage 8 from Cyber Sales Group LLC
I ordered it from a phone number I got on line. After I received the product it didn't work so I returned it to the above address which I was sent for returns. It said I had to call and get a RMA No. first, which I did. It was very hard to get ahold of the company but I finally did and received an RMA #2938.
I returned the product on December 10, 2003. I had a Postal Delivery Conformation Receipt attached to the package. After not hearing from the company for awhile I kept phoning until I got finally got ahold of someone who told me they never received the package. I filed with the post office who said it looked like the package was delivered but not scanned in by the person who delivered it.
I have been calling since and can never get ahold of anyone in the office. Only an answering machine. I did not ask for my money back only another product that worked. With postage it cost me a little over $40.00.
The company has made no effort to satisfy this matter and I feel like I have been ripped off for $40.00. They sent me a defective product which if they had checked before sending it would have known it was not working. Now that they have my money they don't care whether I received a working product or not. Just take the money an run seems to be their way of doing business and I would hate to see anyone else get ripped off like this. I read other complainants about IGIA on the internet so I think people ought to be made aware of the consequences of purchasing any IGIA products over the internet, telephone or TV ads for these products.
I can no longer get their web site to come up on my computer. This too is very suspicious.
