Complaint Review: Ignition Casino

Ignition Casino Consumer Help Staff won't pay out money I deposited. Software won't work. Internet

I played Bovada online poker. This company said they were moving to a new company and sold Bovada to IGNITION online Gaming. I moved my account as specified and downloaded there software. I made my first deposit of $50.00 USA dollars and now the software won't work. It opens and then closes by itself. I called for help and was on hole for 30 minutes while waiting to speak to a customer rep. I was told they needed to escalate my problem to a tech team to try and fix the problem. He told me they would contact me later in the day or in the week coming. I ask the rep to just send me back my deposit and I would look ells ware for a better online gaming company that won’t have these issues. He told me no they would not refund my deposit of $50.00 

Bocada was good and I was a client for 3 years but (I WILL NOT USE “IGNITION CASINO” EVER AGAIN!)
