The person, Igor Dubelij, known by other names and hangs out in Digital Point Forums is a scam artist. With the help of Erik Kaskevich with known email erikk.ceocorp@yahoo.com and Igor Dubilej (goes by several other last names with different spellings) have contrived a scam using a computer system where they are able to put in the exchange rate of 1 Russian Ruble to One US dollar. Or three Russian Ruble to one US Dollar when the exchange rate is 30 Russian Rubles to One US Dollar.
Please be advise that both of the hang out in a Forum called Digital Point Forums where they look for victims to take money from the scam they are running.
