iGPS watch iGPS Watch Phone horrible customer service and bad product akron Ohio
This watch is not dependable at all. I have to tried to call their customer service just about every day. They are never there or ever available. Technical support is always out to lunch. Any parent that would depend on this product to track their child would be better off sending the child to play on the highway. I wouldnt even use this on my dog cause it never works. It never has a signal. Their technical support will tell you to go outside to try to get a signal. Its pretty bad if your looking for your child and at best the child has to be outside and not under a tree and maybe get a GPS signal. If you are concerned and wanting to track your children dont waste your money and time dealing with this company. Sooner or later another company will knock this company out of the market with a good product and a good customer service.
