IGWT Union and ICU Power (Seattle and Cheney WA) have promised us 100% finacing for the acquisition of a property in Colorado that would house a marijuana grow opereation and extraction operation.  This was supposed to be a purchase of $4,000,000.  The conversations started in Feb.  We were told that they needed $5,500 to expedite things, so we sent them that money.  They also offer these "insurance wraps" that are really shipping containers outfitted with lights, electricity, water, etc. in a "Grow System" package.  these grow systems are supposed to provide income that could pay off the loan in 2 years (actually if it were real it would be more like 5 years).  These "grow systems" are $53,000 a piece.  These are supposed to provide "insurance" that the Union of growers needs in order to provide the funding.  that cost ous $20,000 and John Corona, our account manager, supposedly put up the rest.  Then John Corona called us in a frantic, threatening way and said that he put the $33,000 on his card and that he had bills coming due and needed $5,000.  Yes, I know...We sent that also because he was threatening to pull the deal and the CEO, Michelle Moreno, also concurred with him that the deal would be "reexamined" if we did not worjk this out with John.  Short story long, they provided us with Letters of Agreement, Addendums stating that we had satisfied all requirements, Letters of Guaranteed Funding that stated we had  accomplished everything and we did not owe any more money, and a final Letter of Assignment (for the purchase contracts, etc.) that stated that we did not owe money and that we had satisfied all requirements, etc...  Now they want another $20,000 for the containers and $250,000 as the earnest money that they were supposed to pay for.  So there is also a guy named Clark Allan Gainer who is an American Family Insurance agent in Cheney WA. who is supposed to be the CFO and provide building insurance for the building and for these "Grow Systems".  Which is against American Family Insurance's policies.  We have sent them a default letter from our lawyer, we are reporting Mr. Gainer to the Washing State Insurance Commissioner and to American Family Insurance compliance department as well as providing this report for everyone else out there to be careful.  Keep in mind that American Family Insurance did nothing wrong, just this agent - Clark Allan Gainer).  SO - BEWARE and do not deal with any of these individuals, companies, etc.  they are master manipulators, especially John Corona.
