iHire Recruitment Services Absolute Waste of Money!! Internet, Georgia
Looking for jobs can be the most frustrating activity and whats more frustrating is you tie up with an employment services company and they turn out to be absolutely of no use. This just adds to your frustration.
I paid iHire with the belief that they would connect me to jobs that are not easily found. They claim to find you jobs through sources that you may not even be aware of. None of that happened.
All the jobs that they send was from careerbuilder and craigslist. To top it all 50% of the jobs were irrelevant. To give an eg: I said I cant speak/understand spanish so that they do not send me jobs that require the candidate to know spanish. Inspite of writing to them again and again 50% of the jobs came where they would need spanish speaking candidates.
Besides a lot of jobs came with skills that I dont even remotely know. So even after they send you a bunch of jobs you have to go through them all over again. Re-read and then decide if you want to apply.
When you tell the agent they come up with stupid excuses that you would use when you were in 3rd grade. All in all I would say its an absolute waste of money and time. Please please do not tie up with them no matter how hard your job search is. Its an honest advice and request!!
