Complaint Review: iHockeyStore Inc.

I want to caution every single person that reads this do not order from www.ihockeystore.com   This is an Australian listed company that has a large website appearing to sell new hockey equipment.  It appears legit and I'm not sure they are even in Australia.  Buyer beware.

They had a pair of new skates listed that my son wanted (older model) that I could not find anywhere, so I found them on this site.  I found no bad reviews or anything about them so I ordered these skates.

I paid via wire transfer as they didnt take credit card. This should have been a big red flag, and I missed it.  I paid over $400 US dollars and that was early December 2016.  After that the online order status went to "Awaiting Shipment" and that is what it still says.

I have emailed, called and left messages, repeatedly to no avail. No response from them ever since I sent money and obviously never got the product I paid for.   My son was sad as this was his Christmas present these people basically stole from us.
