IHOP International House of Pancake Restaurant Poor Service & charge items we never ordered Euless Texas
My family & I went to Ihop restaurant and we've waited for an hour and a half for our food but some of the food we've ordered were cold, they haven't got my order right and we ordered over easy eggs but they brought medium well eggs, I asked for 4 sausages but they brought 6 sausages instead and they charged us for some food we never ordered and they took it back and they still charged us.
The server also, her name is Alicia, and she carried too many plates at the same time and the food touches close to her apron.
