I noticed that my bank account went from $143.25 to $11.23. I called my bank after looking on-line and see that there were two charges from IK9 Privacy Maters. I had never heard of these charges, nor had never authorized them. I called my bank and they will turn it over to the fraud department. I did some research and was unable to find an address although their website claims to be in Norwalk, CT. They are not listed.

However, I did print up their information from their website so I can turn it into my bank. I also filed a complaint with the IC3 which is the FBI's Internet Crime Reporting system. They in turn will get in contact with me.

Ironically, this service I was charged for was for fraud safety! What a crock! Just make sure you report it and get all the facts and information as soon as possible. Your case will be better in the long run!
