Complaint Review: IKaput

IKaput Sent my iPod in May, still haven't gotten it back! Pleasant Grove Internet

The man who runs this company has to be a crook. He sent me my pre paid envelope to do my diagnostic right away, back in May. When he advised that I replace the battery for $39.99 I thought it was a cheap enough fix and I'd have to pay $15 in shipping alone if I didn't want the repairs done. So just go ahead and do it... Well, he charged me credit card the very same day I authorized charges and I've had to email too many times and call phone numbers that are all disconnected just for him to tell me that he supposedly shipped it out on the 13th of June.

When I emailed him about it on the 9th of June to ask where my iPod was, he said to give it more time because of the 4th of July holiday. What a crock!!! Go to iLounge if you want more stories of his thievery. What an unprofessional piece of work!!
