Our story is identical to every other horror story posted about Scott Miller. He is a liar and a thief. He does not care about the person he is building a home for. The only thing that Scott Miller cares about is the money. Once you sign a contract with him, you'll be lucky if you actually get what you want. He likes to make decisions/upgrades behind your back that you do not approve of and then you end up paying for it in the end. Please DO NOT build with Ikon Builders, SMC Builders, Inc, or whatever name Scott Miller wants to give his business. There are so many unhappy customers out there watching him and we'll be here to protect future home builders every step of the way! Scott Arthur Miller.
