Ikor Design ripoff recieved junk Liteon right out of the box they wont respond Skokie Illinois
Ordered 2 Liteon products(burner and cdrom)
Both didnt work-got the burner to burn a couple times-completely unreliable though
cdrom wouldn't read ANY cd that I put it in right out of the box
although device manager sees it
called by phone-filled out RMA-no response in over a month -all e-mails ignored
SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

The day I filed this report and SENT Ikor a copy, I recieved a call from a saleman for the company and he assured me everything was gonna be taken care of. Yeah right! Here it is a MONTH later and I still haven's recieved a new cdrom OR a refund.
Once again-LOUSY WAY TO DO BUSINESS
P.S.> Very difficult to communicate with this Co.-phone is either always tied up or just rings and rings
