My son had an emergency and his cell phone would not work where he was, so he called me collect.  I had to use a credit card or debit card to accept his call.  When I checked my bank account online it said they had taken out $5.00.  Which I had no problem with for a 3 minute call, so I knew he was okay.  Well then I went online the next day a found they had charged my account with $37.81 for the 3 minute call.  I was furious.  I called the 800# on the withdrawal memo and let them know exactly what I thought of there service.  I was sent to a supervisor and she refunded me the entire amount but said it would take 7-10 days before it would be reflected on my bank account. 

Believe this or not but the supervisors name was, and I quote, "Fannie Mae"; can you believe that.  Doesn't that sound phony to you?  Well she said no mam that is really my name "Fannie Mae Johnson". 

I certainly hope this money is back in my account in 7-10 becasue I am retired and on a fixed income and had to run my last $40.00 out to the bank to avoid an overdraft fee of $33.00 becasue of these outrageous and ridiculous charges. 

I contacted my son and said that ever happens again you buy a $5.00 phone card and call me.
