Complaint Review: IDL Or Liberty Online Services

A mysterious $32.35 charge for a 1 minute call to a 976 jobline appeared on my bill back in October 2002. I attempted to call ILD but no one ever answers the phone. I called Verizon to remove the charge and put a third-party block on the line. My phone bill for December 2002 show another charge of $19.95 without any explanation. Again a call to ILD went unanswered. I called Verizon and they again took off the charge and again put a block on the line. I have not authorize ny charges and this company is a scumbag that needs to be rid off.
