Complaint Review: ILD

My got delayed in St.Louis airport and had to make a call to my home in Atlanta to inform them I would be arriving late. My cell was not working and I had ran out of quarters. I used my Credit card on a ILD phone to make a call to my home. The rates they had mentioned is 25c for local calls and 50c/1$ for long distance. I would have talked to my wife only for 30 Seconds or maximum 45 Seconds. I could never believe the charge when it appeared on my statement. They had charged me 9.25.

When I called them up to complain about it the Lady on phone says you should have enquired first before making the call...Ridiculous and when I asked her how should that be done, there is no answer. Ultimately they ripped me!!!
