ILD Services - YourProductBill, V-mail This company has charged my AT&T telephone bill for a voice mail service I never asked for or applied for Nationwide

I was made aware of a nearly 10 dollar increase in my telephone bill and my wife looked it over only to discover the following amount: $8.43 under ILD Services for Voice Mail.

I did not order this service and was unaware that such service was being offered via my telephone company. I plan on paying my bill but not the $8.43. Because I don't believe in paying for services I did not ask for. I got angry about it and when I tried to contact them on their toll free number they said they're offices were closed to leave a message.

We will try again Monday but meantime I will try to get in touch with AT&T customer services by phone tomorrow and try to use diplomacy to remedy this situation. I believe I am not the only person who has been victimized by ILD Services. From what I gather using Google there are more people out there being scammed against their better knowledge by either this company or others quite similar to it.
