ILD Telecommunications charged my phone bill for services I never asked for Atlanta Georgia
I received a bill for services from LiBerty ONline which I never agreed to. The billing company was ILD Telecommunications. I had talked to a representative from Liberty ONline and agreed to let them put my business in their directory, but only, if it did not cost me one penny. Two people I talked to assured me it would cost nothing. My husband discovered charges on our next phone bill and the only # I had to call was ILD. I emailed them and called them.
When I called them they graciously gave me the phone # for Liberty Online. ILD is merely the billing service and has nothing to do with the telemarketing and/or misrepresenting of what we thought we were getting.
I received a very nice email from ILD stating they would help me resolve the problem.
I had, in the meantime, called Liberty Online and was able to have my charges cancelled and they agreed to credit my account. I have not received the fax from Liberty yet with the assurrance.
I plan to keep a constant watch on this until I do receive what they promised.
If they were truly on the up and up, why didn't they send a confirmation of what they were doing.
Again, ILD, is not apart of what Liberty Online is doing.

I was called and told that to put our business on the website for one month with no charge and at the end of the free thirty days and I didn't tell them then it would stop automatically and I wouldn't be required to do anything. Now we got a charge on our Sprint phone bill from you and we will not pay it to them or to you. Take Hollow Way Meadows off the internet NOW because we say NO NO NO!!!!! You really lied to all you said so don't ever call again!
