Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. USBI is engaged in the business of aggregating records for various telecommunications service providers and transmitting those records to the Local Exchange Carriers. The long distance company for which the charges were submitted is NETWORK SERVICE BILL. They handle their own customer service. USBI has forwarded your inquiry to them so they may assist you. (NOTE: That they do not provide any contact information for Network Service Bill. Want to bet I'll hear any more from them??)

(Note: Problem with Florida PSC and filing complaint is that you get a form that you pick from a list that dosen't have USBI on the form so you can't complete the compaint yet USBI slamming has been around for years)
