ILD Teleservices has been placing bogus charges on my AT&T phone bill. The service they are supposedly billing for is an "ISP" service which I never authorized and never ordered. I have wireless service and can prove I pay for it monthly, so why would I order or pay for dial up? It takes multiple phone calls each lasting several minutes to over and hour to get someone from ILD to answer the phone. When I called them, they said they would credit the charges on my bill and stop billing me, but they continue to place new charges on my bill. I called AT&T and they said there's nothing they can do about it, then when I subtracted the bogus charges and paid them the remainder of the bill, they blocked my ability to dial long distance. I had that restored, but this "cramming" from ILD is a recurring nightmare that I have to battle every month. Before this, there were bogus charges from a company I believe is related, called "Enhanced Billing Services".
