ILD TELESERVICES charged Verizon phone/cell/DSl bill 10.79 as a credit firm, no authorizaiton from me, never heard of them before this months bill Internetinternet/ phone/ cell Bill internet
I have one service for my phone, cell, & DSL carrier I don't normally go over ever4ything on the bill, but last month and this -it jumped last month some service added thwemselves onto our 2nd cell phone for a Data carrier - which was bad enough this month I got an erroneous charge of $10.79 for ILD teleservices, a credit reporting agency who tacked themselves onto montior our credit rating, -(for us) No way No permission from myself. my spouse or our Service company
the phone company can not credit our account. so I called - You have to contact these companies yourself and have it removed ?your account credited??, Which my take up to 3 months to get your credit back?
Since when can just anyone add charges to personal or business accounts without our permission?
I was prepared to be on hold for a long time. which i was I have no idea what ias going on but eveyone needs to start scrutinzing their bills if anything changes without your permission
This is a total rippoff & fraud,
