Ild Teleservices Inc withdrew funds from my account; i don't know this company; will not answer their phone keep me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up San Antonio Texas
While checking my account I found that this company had withdrew twice from my account. I do not know who this company is. I have tried to call them several times and each time they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then they just hang up. Is this company just a scam? How do I go about getting a refiund.
