ILD Teleservices Member's Edge ripoff billed for something I did NOT order or sign up for Internet

I was billed on my phone bill by ILD Teleservices. I called the company and told them that I never signed up for any internet service through them and asked why I would need to sign up for an e-mail service when I had exsisting e-mail service through my phone company and hotmail as well. The lady refused to take off the charges and when I asked to take to a supervisor or someone else that could help me with this matter she got rude. When I was transfered the line was busy. I then called my phone company and had a 3rd party block put on my phone. I have never even heard of them before and told them as well. When I got on the internet after talking to them I had to search for atleast 10 minutes before I could even find the site and saw nothing on there about e-mail service. I have been wrongfully billed for something I didn't sign up for and never gave anyone on the web my concent to be billed for. Please help me resolve this matter.
