My 12 year old daughter filled out an offer for 4 free airline tickets. This resulted in charges on my telephone bill for voice mail service (I think, because I have never received any information about this but my voice mail still goes to my phone provider voice mail). When I called Member's Edge and explained (with the Sprint telephone operator on the line) I to was told they would not refund any money. The Sprint operator I think said the charges would be reversed back to ILD (I think).

Today I have filled a complaint with the Florida Public Utilities Commission and was assured I will receive a refund. I also opened a complaint with the Federal Consumer Fraud Commission, and am waiting a call back from the Florida Attorney General's Economic Crimes where I plan to file a complaint also.
