ILD Teleservices; OneCall Communications; Navicomm ripoff- TRIPLE BILLED -Twice by ILD & once Navicomm - same date, time,amount ($24.30ea) for internet call not made Carmel Indiana

In July 05, I was billed by ILD for 4 internet calls I did not make. In fact, I was out of the state on the dates they claim I used the internet to make the calls.

So I called ILD and was told the calls I was being billed for were made over the internet - to porn sites. I explained I was out of town, and they were supposed to credit my phone bill for the full amount, which they did.

In August I was billed (it is included on my phone bill) again by ILD. This billl was for one call - but it was for the same 12 minute internet call made on 6/19/05, at 9:57pm, to someplace called Diego Garcia, that they had just credited me for. And the
call is listed twice on the August bill for a total (with fees and taxes) of $51.28.

Again I called, but now they want me to show proof of their double billing before they will credit my phone bill.

Now it's September and I receive a bill from One Call Communications on behalf of Navcomm for that same 12 minute, 6/19/05 at 9:57pm, $24.30 internet call. Please!

Do these people honestly expect a payment? So far, on this
one call alone, I have been billed four separate times. That total is over $100 for a call I never made. Can someone please do something to stop these ripoffs?
