Complaint Review: ILD Teleservices

I stayed at the Days Inn and their phone service wasn't working, so I was forced to dial 0+ phone number and had to use my debit card to complete the call. We were never informed of the cost of service, originally charged $5 for the call and then a second charge of $26.90. We are fighting this charge with the help of our bank but wanted to warn other potential people not to dial 0 + the number even if it's a family emergency.
