In response to ILD Teleservices charges. I called their toll free number 800-433-4518 and like everyone else I was referred to Your Product Bill's toll free number 800-215-1961. Your Product Bill is a toll free number for voice mail and long distance. I asked that they cancel my services, which I had not requested in the fist place and issue a credit and was told that ILD Teleservices had to issue the credit, but ILD says Your Product Bill has to issue the credit. Well, that was July 31st and as of Aug 14th still no credit so I called Embarq(my home phone service) for no charge they placed a third party block on my account, which means if the third party trys to charge for something they have to send me a seperate bill. The rep at Embarq suggested it might be spyware because I just started getting magazines that I didn't order. Doubt if I will ever see my $9.02 credit.
