Complaint Review: ILD Teleservices

I received my current month Verizon bill and had a mystery charge for Optimum Voice Mail 1X Setup Fee. The charge was 15.74. The funny thing about this is that the package that I ahev with Verizon includes FREE voice mail. I have had no phone calls about upgrading my voice mail and have never even heard of this company. When I call them I just get put on hold and get no responses to my complaints.
