ILD Teleservices Ripoff On Behalf Of Website On Demand LLC Fraudulant Charges on Sprint Local Phone Bill in Missouri Ponte Vedra Beach Florida
Received charges on Dec 04 Local Phone bill for 2 months worth of charges being billed by ILD Teleservices, Inc on behalf on Website On Demand, LLC for the total of $72.00.
Have not been able to reach a soul at the toll free number that is listed in order to dispute the charges.
Called our local service provider, Sprint, to dispute the charges however they will only note the account for 60 days but the charges cannot be removed from the bill without a credit coming from ILD.
We didn't know who or what these charges were for so we did a search on the net for Website On Demand, LLC. Nothing by that name surfaced. So we searched ILD and what a surprise to find hundreds of Fraud Complaints on them.
The FTC needs to get on the ball and shut down this Fraudulent company. Also, Sprint needs to pay more attention to bogus companies like these as it causes alot of down time trying to straighten out these messes.

Success in reaching a representative of ILD Teleservices. After 10 minutes of debating with them, they finally agreed to credit the charges in full. Suggestion to everyone...keep trying that toll free number on your bill and ask them question after question until they cave in. It works.
