ILD Teleservices ripoff virginia Internet
I usually just get my Verizon bill and pay the balance monthly. This particular time I noticed (2) $19.95 charges on my bill from ILD Teleservices, with a telephone number (800)433-4518 for questions. I called, and all I get is a automated message.
I am tired of company's just take my hard earnings to use to their advantage. I am a struggling woman, trying to keep up with the basic bills. I called my local telephone service and explained to them about this situation in August. I thought this was resolved, but I am continously being charged for a service that I do not use. I cannot get rid of this service. I do not know what to do, but I do refuse to pay ILD Teleservices.

This service has been tagged on my telephone bill for months. In August there was a $73.00 balance on my monthly bill. In July, the company took $99.00 out of my checking account without approval and it was never recovered.
Pay attention to all of your bill statements as well as bank statements. Somehow, people/company's get access to your private business and just go for it. I will not tolerate money loss from other people. I will further take action starting with the better business bureau, and then whatever else is necessary to put a stop to this.
