I was charged $16.30 on my monthly Verizon bill for a "New Service Provider this Month" from Surfsafe Internet and ILD Teleservices, Inc. Before receiving this bill I have never heard of this company and have definitley not signed up for anything from them before.

I am in the process of calling their 800 number, but of course they are only open 8 am to 6 pm Easter Standard time. After that i will also be contacting Verizon and expecting a full and prompt refund.
