ILD Teleservices Telephone billing theives, bogus billing Pontre Vedra Beach Florida
I recieved a telephone bill that included a $56.55 setup fee for some type of voice mail service that I did not order. I contacted IDL to have the service removed. I was told that it was canceled and the amount would be deducted and no further billing.
The next month my phone bill showed a past due amount of $56.55 and another charge from IDL for another $20.55!! Not to mention that along with that yet another communication service has billed me for $26.83 for a collect call that I obviously never accepted from Dallas Texas!!!
What the hell is going on here and how do I get these charges removed from my bill!??
