It is unbelievable that a phone company could be part of this fraudulant billing and stand behind them instead of investigating an obvious(because I know I am not the only one complaining to Sprint) problem themselves, instead of letting their loyal customers work themselves up and find out through alot of headache that it was not supposed to be on the bill.
