Complaint Review: ILF Mobile Apps Corp.

ILF Mobile Apps Corp. plimus http://www.bluesnap.com/https://www.diigo.comwww.plimus.com I tried to order an app whereby I could monitor my husbands conversation on his cellular phone. However, after I purchased the app I realized that I could not use it because I needed the target phone. Immediately I cancel the order via the internet because their chat was not working and no way to contact them. I sent an email to inform them of the reasons for cancellation.  Waltham Minnesota

This company sells apps that promises will aid in revealing activity on another phone. I purchased the app that will allow me to see calls and texts made from the target phone. After purchasing the app realized that it would not work for me because I had no access to the target phone, for it is guarded. Therefore I cancelled the purchase no later than 1 hour after purchase. Company indicated we could chat with them but when I tried it was not available. I looked for a contact number and could not find one. I sent an email via their support system. They refuse to refund. I corresponded with them again and received a response with a different website, stating their website was changed to bluesnap. I sent another refund request but have been getting the run arounds. I have not signed any document that indicates that I agree to not getting a refund if I am not able to apply the app to the target phone. I took some research to find a contact number but no one speaks with you, I had to leave a message. Something does not feel legitimate with this company, please investigate.
