ILLINIOS COLLECTION SYSTEM (ICS) FRAUDLENTLY CALLED AND HARRASED ME OAK LAWN Illinois
They called many times to harass us. They ignore that we told them it is illegal to keep calling and harrassing us according to the fair debt collection rules. On 3/21 they called us and our caller i.d. said the number is 111-111-1111. And on 4/3,4/17, and 4/26 the caller i.d. said 000-000-0000. it is illegal to have a device to change the phone number. the only exception is if they are calling from home then they can mask the phone number to the work number. They have also ignored that i told them it is illegal to change your phone number to all 0's or all 1's.

My only question is, what makes you think it's illegal to disguise your number? Thousands (if not millions) of people and companies have private numbers that are not identified at all on a caller ID.
Regardless of if they've "ignored" your self-proclaimed expertise of the law, have you paid your outstanding debt to their client? If you haven't, then you should fully expect to be contacted regularly until you fulfill your financial obligations.
