Seems to be the son, or a relation, of Elliot Pelham (Mendel's Razor), and he is learning very well how to scam. Sounds like a good way to make some money and pay off bills, etc from home.
You send a check for $35 (supposed to be refundable), and he will send the program. Only the program does not arrive, nor does the refundable check when requested.
Don't fall for this scam.

Finally received the report. Was a bit disappointed as was not what I expected. But, will give it a try when I can.
