Placed order via a Facebook ad at their website ilovecamping.us on 7/7/18 and received confirmation email from Molyes Store. The payment was processed through PayPal payment gateway. The email came from helpandserving@gmail.com.

Products described as:

50% Off Today | 3 Seconds Fastest Open Automatic Hydraulic Double Layer Tent × 1
Green / 3-4 Person / Hydraulic Auto

I had paid extra to upgrade from a 1-2 person tent to the 3-4 person tent for $69.99.

On 7/16/18, I received an email stating "A shipment from order #[my order #] is on the way". If I clicked the View Your Order link, it went to a page with "Other Tracking Number". However, when I clicked that number/link it goes to a page with a bunch of download advertising (most likely malware).

On 7/30/18, I sent two emails via two methods stated in their email and website inquiring on status as it had been two weeks since shipment, no reply, even though website promises replies within 24 hours.

On 8/1/18, sent another email, no reply.

On 8/2/18, I received package, and discovered it came from China. Nowhere was I ever informed this company was in China. The tent was a total joke. Could maybe fit 1 adult and 4 three year olds. The poorest quality possible -- like a child's toy. Definintely not "double layer". No packing slip. No instructions on how to colapse it after it opens. No instructions on return. No labels on the tent with a brand name, part number, etc.

On 8/2/18, sent email regarding returning the product/refund, so far no reply.

There is no phone number, address, etc. on their website.

They process their payments via PayPal, so I contacted PayPal to dispute. I recommend everyone else do the same. Be advised, you have to process the dispute through PayPal FIRST (and not through your debit/credit card bank) in order for us to shut their payment processing avenue down. Even if you didn't log into your PayPal account when purchasing, PayPal is the merchant service, so your transaction would have gone through as a "guest transaction".

CONTACT PAYPAL TO DISPUTE YOUR TRANSACTION, AND COLLECTIVELY WE CAN SHUT THEIR PAYMENT STREAM DOWN!
